Dr. William Lee. (Technical Advisor -Wireless technology) is formally chief Scientist and Vice President of strategic technology at Vodafone Airtouch; and currently chairman of the Board at LinkAir Communications. Dr. Lee is world-renowned expert in marketable wireless technologies and is author of several widely read books on mobile telecommunication and wireless technology. A pioneer in CDMA technology, Dr. Lee holds more than 25 US patents and has authored over 200 published papers.

Dr. Rob Roy (Technical Advisor Business development) is Co-founder of wireless technology start-up Mobilian Corporation where he serves as chief Technology Strategist. He is responsible for Mobilian's business development and sales for the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Mobilian raised $70 million venture funding in 2001. Prior to Mobilian, Dr. Roy had been Manager at Intel Corp. He holds 5 U.S. and international patents and has more than 50 published papers. Dr. Roy is Golden Core Member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Les Fahey , (Financing), founder of Fahey Ventures LLC, is a retired partner at KPMG LLP. He started and led the Information, Communications and Entertainment Practice (ICE) for the Portland office that represented 60 - 75% of all venture capital backed companies over the past 5-6 years. His 32 years ' experience in taxation and business advisory services spans closely held and public companies primarily in the high-tech industry.

Steven Palmquist (Technical Advisor Printing Technology) is former VP of Engineering at Tektronix, the third largest printer manufacturer in the U.S. before merging with Xerox. Steve is a co-founder of Tektronix's color imaging and printing division, where he developed corporate OEM, and business development, resulting in annual revenue growth from $70M to over $750M during his 10 years tenure. Prior to Tektronix, Steven was President and CEO of Integrated Measurement Systems, a start-up company that he grew from 6 people to 125 people with revenue of $22 Million.

James Lynch (Business Development) has more than 20 years of experience in software, computer and telecommunications industries. Jim was founder of Liberate Technologies (NASDAQ:LBRT) - formerly Network Computer, Inc. from Oracle. He helped take the company public in July 1999. Before starting Liberate, Jim held senior sales and marketing management positions with Oracle Corporation (Telecom and New Media), Sequent Computers, Inc., and Data General.

Matt Hall is the Vice President of Business Development at Vesta Corporation a payment services company to the wireless industry. Matt has a wealth of experience in wireless and data communications services, in both the US and Europe . Before joining Vesta in 2005, Matt consulted to a variety of early to mid-stage growth technology companies developing business models, market strategies, and capital structures. Prior to that, he worked in Germany as Director of Mobile Strategic Alliances for Lycos Europe, a Bertelsmann joint venture, where he developed relationships with mobile operators, as well as content and service providers, throughout Europe . Matt has also served as Vice President Business Development for Multitude, a voice-over IP and unified messaging company in San Francisco , California , and Vice President Finance for NetChannel Inc., where he was instrumental in its sale to AOL in 1998. Matt earned BS degrees in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University .
